At We2Design we respect the personal data of every visitor to our website. This text (which is called the Privacy Policy and explains in simple words, but also clearly how we process the personal data that we collect from you or that you provide us by completing your details on our website.

Categories of personal data collected

During your browsing on our website, we collect the personal data that you, as an interested party, communicate to the company by entering the requested personal information in the corresponding forms for the certifications provided. The categories of personal data that you fill in are your Name, Phone, and Email. Certain information is also collected automatically with the use of cookies, the type and purpose of which you can find out more fully in the Cookies Policy. When visiting and navigating our website, we do not collect any other data, except that the user’s network protocol address and connection data are automatically recorded, through which, however, no identifiable elements of the user’s physical identity are revealed.

 

What is personal data processing?

Processing of personal data is any act or series of acts carried out with or without the use of automated means, on personal data, such as the collection, registration, organization, structure, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, information search, use, transmission to third parties, dissemination, association, combination, restriction, deletion and destruction of personal data.

 

Recipients of the data

The personal data of visitors and/or users obtained by filling out a form on our website may be transferred to third parties as defined in the consent text of the respective data entry form. Other personal data are not transferred to third parties.

 

Data retention time

The personal data concerning website visitors and/or users of our electronic services are collected and kept for the absolutely necessary time of six (6) months and then deleted. Regarding the retention time of the data collected by the trackers (cookies) and the possibilities of reprocessing, you can be informed by the Cookies Policy. The data of interested persons who complete the contact forms are kept until the completion of the purpose of processing the respective forms or until you withdraw your consent to the processing and are deleted.

 

Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is article 6 par. 1 item f. of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679),

“The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party, unless these interests are overridden by the interest or the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data, in particular if the data subject is a child”. The purpose of processing is to promote the actions of the Company.

Your personal data collected when you choose to fill out the contact forms are processed based on your consent in accordance with article 6 par. 1 a of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679), in order to facilitate your information from us. In this case you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

  6. right to object to the processing of your personal data, unless there are compelling and legitimate reasons for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms.
  7. right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling which produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affecting you in a similar way.

 

We2Design does not transfer your data to countries outside the EU.
