And as such, we love good and healthy food. Our country is home to some of the finest ingredients in the world, making our standards be nothing less than high. We care about what we consume, hence about what we put in our food. Our ingredients are carefully chosen and at 80% locally sourced, from the Birmingham area. We do our best to use certified organic ingredients as much as possible. We also use ingredients that come directly from local producers in our hometown in Greece, e.g. honey or raisins. When it comes to oils, it is either good quality sunflower oil or 100% extra-virgin olive oil from our own family olive trees in Greece. We love olive oil.
